About the role

As a Junior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our hard-working team planning all major project activities into the master schedule in coordination with the delivery management team. You will be leading and developing integrated planning meetings to ensure the relevant contractors have correct resources and equipment identified and readily available to deliver the programme on time. This is a great opportunity to create an impact by collaborating with the team and channelling imagination and energy into finding opportunities, developing solutions, and building positive relationships with all team members.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a demonstrable experienced background with a passion for problem-solving who has excellent communication skills, a good attitude and continuous professional conduct. The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in delivering projects for large scale projects and be driven to push for project success.

Role & Responsibilities
      • Project planning using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D with Synchro
      • Data analytics and Project Intelligence dashboards with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Excel
      • Develop and maintain project schedules and controls.
      • Critical analysis and review of schedules, reports, and programme management outputs
      • Preparation, governance, and management of project planning and scheduling related documentation including processes and procedures.
      • Critical path analysis, management, and mitigation 
      • Progress management
      • Management of contractual compliance and contract review reports
      • Earned value management
      • Programme auditing
      • Liaising with client and subcontractors
      • Managing subcontractors programme and coordination
      • Attending/running project meetings
      • Preparation and delivery of progress presentations to project teams
      • Delay claim and extension of time (EOT) management
      • Programme advisory to project team
      • Perform maturity assessments on clients to understand areas of improvement.
      • Provide general project support when required
Experience & Qualifications
        • Strong verbal and written communicator in English (Required) 
        • 1+ years of site experience in the delivery of engineering & construction Projects or similar 
        • Strong level Excel skills and strong interest in data 
        • Scheduling/Project Controls/Project reporting (desirable)
        • Primavera P6 skills (Desirable)
